This study aims to describe the strategies teachers use in implementing variations in teaching styles to overcome learning difficulties of students in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject in Grade IV of MI Darul Hikmah Bantarsoka. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively using triangulation techniques. The results showed that teachers actively implement variations in teaching styles, including learning planning with teaching modules, identification of student needs, selection of relevant teaching styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, reading/writing), and preparation of comprehensive teaching modules. The implementation of variations in teaching styles involves theapplication of varied teaching styles, the use of supportive media and learning resources, as well as positive teacher-student interactions. The application of variations in teaching styles has a positive impact in overcoming students' learning difficulties, as seen from the increased attention, active participation, and understanding of IPAS concepts. Factors influencing the success of implementing variations in teaching styles include the qualifications and competence of teachers, the support of the principal and fellow teachers, as well as the availability of adequate facilities and learning resources.
